Ordering
Customers placing orders via the website will receive their items usually within 2-3 working days.
Payment must be confirmed before items are despatched. If an item is no longer in stock, you will be notified and given the option to wait for restocking, replace with an alternative item of equal value or refund. The customer MUST apply for this refund within 14 days of placing order.
Customers requiring a refund due to incorrect ordering on their part could be charged at the managements descression, a restocking fee of 10% of the items value (less postage). Items received back in less than perfect order will not be fully refunded and in some cases no refund would be given if the item is no longer saleable.
