Q. How can you be contacted?

Q. I'm not sure what sizes to order, what do I do?

While we try and provide you with a sizing chart wherever possible, first time buyers may not know the exact size to choose. We recommend you talk to us in person so we can advise you on the best size. Ring 0161 928 0275 and we'll be glad to help.

Q. Do you always have items in stock?

We are a full stockist and supplier of all the items shown on this website. Nearly all items are in stock all of the time but in the event of an item not being immediately available, we will give you an estimated date when the item will. Again, we would be glad to hear from you if you want to check if an item is in stock before you order. At certain times of the year, we reduce stock of certain items based on demand.

Q. When can I expect delivery of my order?

If all items are in stock or you have checked with us beforehand, you order will be despached after receiving cleared payment. In the unlikely event of your items not being in stock, we will attempt to notify you should their be a significant delay (more than 14 days). If you have checked with us beforehand and the item was in stock we offer a full refund for that item should we not be able to send it for any reason. If we are waiting for one or more items on your order to come back in stock, we with usually send all the items when the full order is in stock unless you tell us otherwise (please call us - do not email).

Q. How can I pay for my order?

American Sports UK will accept all major credit cards through Paypals secure checkout. We are currently upgrading our systems to allow use of Google Checkout also.

Q. Are your products covered by a warranty?

Yes, for all products with manufacturers warranties, we are authorised to carry out replacements and refunds in the event of a warranty issue. Many other internet shops DO NOT offer this service and will ask you to contact the manufacturer. Please call if you have a query regarding a possible warranty claim or use our contact form by clicking on the Contact Us link at the bottom of this page.

Q. How is shipping calculated and what are the shipping rates in the UK?

Shipping is calculated on the size of items on the order (small, medium and large). We use Royal Mail for small to medium items (accessories and boots etc) and a selected courier for larger or heavy items (full team kits, helmets, etc). All in stock orders are shipped within 48 hours of payment and are fully insured.

Q. Do you ship to Europe?

Yes, we are now able to take orders from a variety of countries online.
Orders do however have a minimum order quantity of £50 (excluding postage charges).
Please make sure you check your local exchange rate as payment is always taken in Pound Sterling (£).

Q. Do you have a retail store?

No, we are primarily a mail order/web shop and therefore don't have a shopfront for you to come in and browse. You can however arrange to come and collect a your order or particular products if you contact us and arrange a pickup. To do this you will need to call us on 0161 928 0275 to make an appointment.
